The highlanders of the Twin Valleys have resisted for years, but now the drought has brought them to their knees, and the climate catastrophe is succeeding where the lowlanders have always failed.
But not everyone is ready to give up; the charismatic chief Màyly still believes in the return of Erick and the armies of the World of Time, who could save the valley dwellers from slavery; it is just a matter of holding out for one more season, or one more.
An adventure that takes place among mountains, dense forests and snow-covered gullies, where knowledge of the terrain may prove to be the rebels' decisive weapon.
