A tale of frost, snow and men

​

A bad fall, a hike that started too late, an unseasonable snowstorm: three coincidental events bring Pier and Lothar together and trap them in a remote mountain hut.
Bonded by their love of the mountains, but very different from each other, the two men are soon confronted with the basic necessities of survival; with uncertainty, fear, hope and despair; with the awareness of being defenceless and insignificant in the face of nature's power.
Will the mountain keep these men forever, or will it offer them a salvation they could never achieve on their own?
Destiny is already written on the mountain's infinite paths, but it is up to us to choose which one to take.
